Repeal the Emergency Medical Act

The Obamacare health reform has met its first Constitutional legal challenge.  Judge Henry Hudson clearly defined that the health care law exceeds the powers in the Commerce Clause Act.  The law that says the government cannot force you to buy something.  I can not agree more, no Constitutional card carrying member of this country should be forced to buy health care.

But there is a big but when someone is not forced to buy health care.  When they get into a car accident, I do not want to see their badly damaged butt in the emergency room unless they have cash on hand to pay.  In fact, along with their Constitutional card should be a record on how much money they have in the bank, or estate so then the EMTs could just go into the pockets of their semi-conscious body and retrieve their ability-to-pay-record.  Otherwise, these "I don't need no stinkin health-care" citizens will be costing you and me real money because remember some liberal put into law the Emergency Medical Act which states "hospitals and ambulance services need to provide care to anyone needing emergency health care treatment regardless of citizenship, legal status or ability to pay. There are no reimbursement provisions."

The talk radio waves are now humming with the Judge Hudson ruling which got the ball rolling on repealing health care but someone needs to speak up for the people who are going to have to pay for this decision.  Sure, people are entitled to not get health care, but it better not infringe on my Constitutional Rights.  The Constitutional Right of mine to not have to pay for their mistakes in life.  People like rich talk show hosts have no problem adding another three hundred dollars a year onto their insurance bills but when you add this extra cash onto our bill because some card carrier believes in "freedom", I get annoyed.
